ABOUT TRES BAHIAS

These villas are the product of eight years of camper-living on these 6 acres, getting to know the landscape and its full potential before committing to a design & structure. We feel we have achieved perfect harmony between nature and sustainable construction. The property has two villas located on opposite sides of a mountain. Each villa, East and West, is a duplex with separate mirrored apartments joined by an entry foyer. The mechanical and electrical systems of the villas are self sustaining, not only generating its own electricity but also harvesting rainwater collection for irrigation. Get ready to experience our MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS!

EAST VILLA

The East Villa was the first one built on the property. It overlooks Ensenada Honda (east view) and the whole of Vieques island (south view) and Puerto Rico (west view). Divided into Starboard (right side apartment) and Port (left side apartment), each has a bathroom, full kitchen and spacious 24 x 10 balcony. This villa has a shared deck area with gas grill, patio furniture to enjoy lunch & dinner or the wonderful view.

WEST VILLA

The newly constructed West Villa with an improved design, overlooks Vieques island (south view) and Luis Peña and Puerto Rico (west view). Divided into Starboard (right side apartment) and Port (left side apartment), each with it's own bathroom, full kitchen and spacious 24 x 10 balcony. This villa faces away from town offering guests even more privacy and silence.
