EAST VILLA

The East Villa was the first one built on the property. It overlooks Ensenada Honda (east view) and the whole of Vieques island (south view) and Puerto Rico (west view). Divided into Starboard (right side studio) and Port (left side studio), each has a bathroom, full kitchen and spacious 24 x 10 balcony. This villa has a shared deck area to enjoy the wonderful view.

East Villa - Starboard Studio

This is East Villa’s right side studio. With a simple and contemporary design, the studio has its own bathroom, full kitchen, queen-sized bed, twin futon and spacious 24 x 10 balcony. The studio has custom handmade wooden furniture, 15 ft sloped ceilings and lots of natural ventilation. You can enjoy panoramic views from the balcony or while strolling around the property. You will have access to the full 6 acres of the property, decks and gas grill. We’ll provide bathroom and beach towels, linen, beach chairs and cooler.

East Villa - Port Studio

This is East Villa’s left side studio. With a simple and contemporary design, the studio has its own bathroom, full kitchen, queen-sized bed, twin futon and spacious 24 x 10 balcony. The studio has custom handmade wooden furniture, 15 ft sloped ceilings and lots of natural ventilation. You can enjoy panoramic views from the balcony or while strolling around the property. WEST VILLA

The West Villa overlooks Vieques island (south view) and Luis Peña and Puerto Rico (west view). Divided into Starboard (right side studio) and Port (left side studio), each with it’s own bathroom, full kitchen and spacious 24 x 10 balcony. This villa faces away from town offering guests even more privacy and silence.
